Heart Centered Business

The Heart-Centered Business Development Program was created by Trish Schwenkler.

Before Trish discovered Nikken, she was a stay-at-home mom with only a high school education. She has no professional or sales background of any kind. Before Nikken, she had never even heard of network marketing! Within 7 years of joining Nikken, Trish reached the rank of Royal Diamond (one of the top ranks in Nikken), and became a member of the Millionaire's Club!! In 1998, she earned the coveted "Distributor of the Year" award!
For Trish, Nikken has been a mission, as well as a business! She has always advocated "Leading with your Heart"! The "Heart-Centered Business Development" Program is a culmination of the insight Trish has gained into the Nikken business model over the years. It is a combination of ideas from Pathfinders, Michael Oliver, Dani Johnson, Dave Johnson, Chris Gullow, Jeff Van Blaricum, Dennis and Ruth Williams, and many other mentors and friends.
It is Trish's sincere hope that the "Heart-Centered Business Development" Program is helpful as you build the business of YOUR dreams!

Most of the technical work for putting this program together was done by Bob Schwenkler. He is the IT director for the Schwenkler's global Nikken business. Their strengths compliment one another- a real assett for growing a worldwide organization.

Elaine Grossaint- co-developer of HCBD

Before Elaine, and her husband Rick, were introduced to Nikken, Elaine had spent 15 years as a Parent Educator and coordinator. Elaine was recognized by numerous professional organizations for her contributions to society and her organizational abilities, but she always said the best part of her job was seeing families come together and appreciate one another for their individual contributions. Her job was very fulfilling in the heart department, but was just above volunteerism as far as financial gain goes.

Rick and Elaine felt that they wanted their own business, so looked into a fast food franchise. Elaine chooses to look at every experience as a good experience, because you always are learning. What she discovered, was although financially she was in a better position, it the hardest work she ever had done physically and it was creating an environment that was completely out of balance. Furthermore, she certainly wasn’t “Making a Difference” which is a core value for her.

As Platinum Wellness Consultants, Nikken has created that balance for Elaine. Rick and Elaine are leaders in their local area, and have received the honor of being 2004 “Eagle Award of Excellence” recipients at the Missoula Expo. They are described as, passionate, supportive, faithful, consistent, diligent – all mixed with a heavy dose of compassion.

Elaine is grateful every day for the many blessing Nikken has brought into her life, and the opportunities it has given her to grow and be more. When Trish, asked her to be part of Heart Centered Business Development, she was honored and thrilled. To Elaine, HCBD offers a track for people to follow that is not only organized and effective, but most of also balanced. It allows us to grow personally, spiritually, and professionally.
