HCBD is a free ~12 week tele-class (also available via mp3 in HCBD Weekly Calls). In order to follow along and do the recommended activities, you will need certain educational materials (books, CDs, and DVDs). The HCBD 12 week class follows Nikken's "Rhythm of the Business", meaning that a new cycle of HCBD starts at the beginning of each new Nikken quarter.
